Deep fried all purpose/ wheat flour chapati filled with vegetable noodles is a quick starter idea that kids will also love to have in their lunch pack. Left over noodles can be transformed into a quick breakfast or lunch pack for making Noodles Spring Roll.
Here I have used wheat flour to avoid maida intake and move to the healthier side of recipe. Wheat flour can be easily replaced with all purpose flour. Also you can try paneer spring roll or Vegetable Spring roll.
Steps to cook Noodles Spring Roll Recipe
For frying, heat oil in a deep pan and at medium low flame fry ready rolls 2 0r 3 at a time. Fry from all the sides at low flame to cook them from inside too.
Serve with spicy red chilly chutney and kachumber salad or any side chutney or ketchup.

Very simple ingredients are required for this recipe. All what we need to make tasty yet simple Noodles Spring Roll at home- Wheat flour/All purpose flour, Vegetable Noodles, Salt, Water, Vegetable Oil. I have used wheat flour but you can easily replace that with all purpose flour.
