Paneer is marinated in yougurt or mayonnaise and spices, sauted and then wrapped in roti. Filling paneer in kathi roll  makes the recipe healthy and a quick breakfast idea in your busy schedule for you and your kid.

Here I have used all wheat flour which can be easily replaced with all purpose flour. I tried this to avoid maida intake and move to the healthier side of recipe. Also you can try Tikki Kaathi Roll.

Mix flour, salt, melted butter and water to knead the dough.

Take small balls of dough and make thin chapattis of around 6-7 inch diameter.

 

Heat the flat pan and half cook each chapatti from both sides at low flame.

 

Cut the paneer into square pieces of around ½ inch. Cut onion and tomato into thin slices.

To prepare filling,  take a bowl and mix paneer, onion, tomato, mayonnaise, butter, ketchup, salt and chilly.

Put 1 big spoon of the filing on half cooked chapatti and roll it.

Now brush little butter on the ready rolls and tap fry or grill for 1-2 minute.
