Mix flour, salt, melted butter and water to knead the dough.
Take small balls of dough and make thin chapattis of around 6-7 inch diameter.
Heat the flat pan and half cook each chapatti from both sides at low flame.
Cut the paneer into square pieces of around ½ inch. Cut onion and tomato into thin slices.
To prepare filling, take a bowl and mix paneer, onion, tomato, mayonnaise, butter, ketchup, salt and chilly.
Put 1 big spoon of the filing on half cooked chapatti and roll it.
Now brush little butter on the ready rolls and tap fry or grill for 1-2 minute.
Tasty healthy paneer kaathi rolls are ready to eat or pack for lunch.
