Put mashed potatoes in an open plate and add soaked poha, shreaded bread crumbs, salt to taste, garam masala powder, chat masala powder, red chilli powder, chopped ginger, coriander leaves.
Mix all the ingredients until well combined. Take a generous portion of the mixture and shape each into a cutlet or give the desired shape of your choice. Sprinkle little water on the ready cutlets and then coat with bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan or karahi for frying. Now add prepared cutlets in a batch of 5 to 6 cutlets at a time.
Fry until golden brown on both the sides and crisp.
